Tsukemen
Tsukemen is a type of ramen served with the noodles and broth in separate bowls, and you eat the noodles by dipping them in the broth little by little. Many shops put a lot of effort into their homemade noodles. Because the noodles are not soaked in the broth from the start, you can enjoy the fresh noodles right to the end. Usually the broth for tsukemen is thick, so when you have finished eating noodles, you can ask the staff for some broth to dilute the thick broth and add it to the remaining broth to finish off the bowl.
